Go to the most recent spreadsheet from the records below, duplicate it, and rename it with the current date
In the 2nd tab (source of donation requests) add sections for sweepstakes redemptions, previous outstanding donations, and any others.
1. For sweepstakes redemptions: Go to supabase, table called txns. Filter by category = ‘CHARITY’. Either run a script to get all donations since the last date, or just sort by date and export the rows of donations requested since the last date into a csv which can then be added to your 2nd tab in your spreadsheet.
2. For previous outstanding donations: Copy Columns A & D from the previous spreadsheet.
Export your completed 2nd tab with all donations amounts to a CSV and ask an LLM to calculate amount by charity.
Add the amounts calculate by LLM to the 1st tab (amount by charity)
Ensure Total by charity = Total from the source tab. This essentially double-checks the LLMs work and that your spreadsheet is set up correctly. The LLM can often get it wrong so if these two totals don’t add up often just telling the LLM will cause it to reflect and fix its miscalculation.
Process donations over $100 and fill in the amount paid column as you do so. Remember to use the email [email protected].
