      • Simplest implementation: dashboards have a field called is_news which we manually set; only dashboards with is_news=true are displayed on the homepage
      • More complex version: compute a relevance score for each user of how interested they are in the dashboard (incorporating bookmarks, user interest vector, market creator, etc) and then sort by relevance * importance; optionally include a factor for whether we’ve manually marked it as a relevant news item
