Implementation details?

• each contract has a duplicateId - these are not contractIds! they’re unique uuids different from the market ids
  • thinking of them pointing to an imaginary Duplicates table that doesn’t actually need to exist
• To mark A and B as being in the same group, just set all markets with A’s duplicateId to B’s duplicateId
