- [ ] systems set
- [ ] have figured out the shape of manifest summer camp w lightcone
By end of March
- [ ] all speakers from CRM have been reached out to
- [ ] all sponsors from CRM have been reached out to
- [ ] all ticket types are available, including discount system for mana/friends/volunteers (moved on from early bird tickets)
- [ ] have reached out to especially desired attendees and offered discounted tickets
- [ ] advertised enough on correct blogs, twitter, discords, slacks, etc. that everyone in ~the community has seen it
- [ ] Summer Camp pricing has been sorted out, tickets are up for sale
- [ ] press have been invited
