Status

• 02/02: James has submitted the rental application for 425 Divisadero #300
• 02/03: They approved our offer of $2500 per month, and sent the lease document to sign!
  • We had a few questions about the lease, including wanting a professional cleaning.
  • They agreed to professionally clean the place, including windows inside and out. But, refused the short list of repairs.
• 02/03 8pm: Signed the lease & sent the funds via wire.
  • Start date is Monday, 02/06. We can pick up the keys in the afternoon, says Everest, assuming they receive the wire.
• 02/06: Owner signed & we picked up the keys. It’s ours!

Goal

Make our office comfortable and a place we want to be at.

Have the space set up by onsite on Feb 19th.
