- It keeps the Manifold brand
- [i] 99% of our market for politics betting/politics odds are not familiar with Manifold
- [s] there at least a million people who have passively (and positively) heard about Manifold (from NYT piece or Twitter) who haven’t used the product
- [s] we already have brand recognition from many famous journalists, thinkers, etc including Nate Silver, MattY, etc.: it would be foolish to squander that and just start over
