Quick thoughts

• We’ve reached a point where market discovery and the core UX flows of our site are reasonably good, and there aren’t any major glaring issues for new users. We now want to focus on making larger bets that will fundamentally change how users interact with the platform, in attempt to boost retention rates for new users and users outside the rationalist/EA cohort.
• We’ve just launched Leagues, a monthly competition between groups of users with the same skill level and mutual interests. We were inspired by the success of Duolingo, and hope introducing a fun, competitive dynamic to our platform will be the missing ingredient needed to make the platform sticky for everyone.
